Customers are requested to read all the terms and conditions stated in the scheme book thoroughly and carefully.

The scheme is unique and will not be linked other, existing or future schemes. Customers are requested to read and understand about their scheme benefits before joining the scheme.

Maximum duration of the scheme shall be 11 months. Customers can make the redemption purchase immediately after the 11th installment. Cash will not be refunded under any circumstances, as per Government Regulations.

Customers are requested to submit their saving bank account number with IFSC code.

Payment of monthly installment shall be made by ACH/Cheque/Demand Draft/Cash/Credit or Debit Card. DD in favour of Space Textiles Private Limited. Outstation cheques will not be accepted. Incase of dishonour of cheque, the cost incurred will be deducted from the customer.

On maturity of this scheme, customer can purchase Gold jewellery at the prevailing Gold rate.All kind of taxes, Stone charges, Wastage applicable.

Scheme can redeem only against the Gold jewellery. Gold coins and Silver coins are not eligible.

All the scheme payments of yours will be considered as a advance for Gold jewellery purchase.

In case of any change in contact number or address detail, the account holder required to inform Sree Kumaran Thangamaligai.

Customer shall provide a copy of their photo identity proof like Passport/Driving License/PAN Card/Voter ID/ Aadhaar ID at the time of joining the scheme and the same must be produced with the passbook in person while closing/maturity of the scheme. Also the original scheme book has to be surrendered at the time of purchase of jewellery.

In case of loss, theft or misplacement of this original card, then the customer need to provide an indemnity letter on Rs.200/- Non judicial stamp paper from notary public with relevant documents.

Account holder should carry the scheme book for monthly payment. The account holder must ask for a computerized entry in the scheme book. However its customers responsibility to ensure to get their scheme book updated periodically. [Except ACH/Online Payment]

Automated Clearing House (ACH)/Online Payment Receipt for payment will be made only after clearance of payment (Transaction + 3 Days). In case of ACH enabled accounts, the scheme cannot be closed prior to maturity date unless the account holder has cancelled the ACH by submitting the required forms to Sree Kumaran Thangamaligai.

The company reserves the rights to modify the above Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

Sree Kumaran Thangamaligai will not be responsible or liable to send reminders for payment. All disputes in connection with this scheme will be in the Jurisdiction of the appropriate court in Coimbatore.
